Hayley Harris
Hayley is a mother, partner, and empathetic individual who discovered yoga over 15 years ago. Struggling with her own mental health and wellness challenges, she found the physical practice to be a form of meditation and healing in those early years. Driven by her transformative experience, she pursued teacher training through a CYA-certified school in Manitoba, completing the program in 2020. Since then, she has delved deeper into yoga, meditation, and breathwork, continually expanding her skills with advanced training in these areas. Her own practice has been a crucial space where she has applied and witnessed tangible changes from the skills she has acquired over the years.
Eager to further her education and contribute to her community, Hayley is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Calgary. She aims to integrate her yoga practices with social services upon her graduation in 2026.
